<p style="text-align: justify;">El CEG ha entregado dos nuevos Sellos, el <strong>Hospital Santa Clotilde de Santander</strong> recibía el <strong>Sello Excelencia Europea EFQM 300+</strong> y a la <strong>Mutua de Andalucía y de Ceuta (CESMA) </strong>se le reconocía con el<strong> Sello de Excelenia Europea EFQM 400+.</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El primero de ellos, se entregó el jueves 10 de noviembre a <strong>Hospital Santa Clotilde de Santander </strong>que recibía<strong> el Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 300+</strong>, convirtiéndose en el primer hospital de Cantabria con este reconocimiento. El acto de entrega contó con la presencia de María Luisa Real González, Consejera de Sanidad y Gerente del Servicio Cántabro de Salud, Andrés Muñoz Cortés, Director del HC, Alfredo Millán, Director de Recursos, Alianzas y Personas del Club Excelencia en Gestión y Ricardo Fernández Santos, Director Regional Norte de Bureau Veritas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tras el proceso de evaluación conjunta, realizada por Bureau Veritas y el Club, HSC ha obtenido esta distinción que reconoce el fortalecimiento y posicionamiento de la Institución, perteneciente a la Orden de los Hermanos de San Juan de Dios, en el entorno sanitario. Destaca la "capacidad de cambio y adaptación" de este veterano centro a las nuevas necesidades sanitarias y sociales de la población y asegura que es "de gran ayuda dentro del mapa sanitario en Cantabria".</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Otros los valores relevantes para el equipo externo de evaluadores EFQM, son la Hospitalidad, que está en el ADN de Santa Clotilde y de la Orden que lo gestiona, junto con el concepto de equipo y respeto entre los diferentes profesionales, algo que está muy inculcado.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Con este reconocimiento, el HSC asume la responsabilidad de un futuro sostenible como pieza clave en el camino hacia la excelencia. Han sido varios años de utilizar el Modelo EFQM, que ha servido de guía para la definición y despliegue de la estrategia, ayudando a identificar los objetivos, capacidades y recursos del centro para conseguir Resultados Clave en la Actividad, en las Personas, en los Clientes y en la Sociedad y que ha ayudado a extender la cultura de la mejora continua en toda la organización.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">El HSC se incorpora a un grupo de poco más de 100 organizaciones españolas que actualmente cuentan con un Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 300+. HSC realizó su primera autoevaluación EFQM en 2007 y ha desarrollado metodologías de mejora continua que le ha llevado a obtener este reconocimiento en 2016.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Posteriormente, el lunes 21 de noviembre se entregó en Ceuta el <strong>Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 400+ a la Mutua de Andalucía y de Ceuta (CESMA).</strong> Al acto asistieron la Subdirectora General de Entidades Colaboradores con la Seguridad Social, Dña. Lourdes Meléndez Morillo-Velarde, el Excmo. Sr. D. Nicolás Fernández Cucurull, Delegado del Gobierno de Ceuta, el Excmo. Sr. D. Juan Jesús Vivas Lara, Presidente de la Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta y Miquel Romero, Director de Socios y Conocimiento del Club y Francisco Martín Santamaría, Director regional Sur y Canarias de Bureau Veritas.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tras el proceso de evaluación, realizado por Bureau Veritas, entidad acreditada por el Club Excelencia en Gestión en la concesión de los Sellos de Excelencia Europea EFQM, Mutua de Andalucía y de Ceuta resalta por el gran esfuerzo, motivación y apuesta tanto de sus líderes por modernizar la gestión y aplicar herramientas como el Modelo Europeo EFQM, como de todo el personal de la organización por su involucración en la mejora de la prestación del servicio. Cabe destacar la visión clara y evidente orientación del equipo directivo como promotores e impulsores del cambio y el excelente control, despliegue y mejora de los procesos. Todo ello, demuestra la apuesta firme de Mutua de Andalucía y de Ceuta por consolidarse como una empresa sostenible, ética y responsable en el desarrollo de sus actividades y referente en el sector en los que opera. Esta orientación hacia el desarrollo sostenible y la cultura de la excelencia se han convertido en ejes estratégicos de su gestión empresarial y de su compromiso con la sociedad.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mutua de Andalucía y de Ceuta (CESMA) adoptó el Modelo EFQM en el año 2008. En el año 2016, obtiene el Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM en su nivel, 400+. Sumándose así a las 195 organizaciones que actualmente cuentan con un Sello de Excelencia Europea EFQM 400+.</p>\n
