<p style="text-align: justify;">Con motivo de la reciente incorporación del Colegio San Cernin como socio del Club, hemos querido entrevistar a su responsable de Innovación y Excelencia, Natalia Antomás Pascual. Te invitamos a leer esta entrevista en la que además de descubrirnos algunas de las claves de su éxito, nos cuenta cómo han recibido la noticia de su reciente nombramiento como Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. La creatividad, la innovación, la excelencia son algunos de los valores que definen al Colegio San Cernin. ¿Qué otros aspectos consideráis clave para cosechar el éxito y llegar a ser un referente en vuestro sector?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">La creatividad, la innovación y la excelencia son efectivamente claves de nuestro éxito, ya que engloban muchos aspectos que consideramos de enorme importancia para conseguir unos resultados satisfactorios en nuestra actividad. El disponer de un plan estratégico con objetivos e indicadores definidos, la gestión de las personas con medidas punteras como la evaluación del desempeño y el modelo de carrera profesional, el sistema de gestión de la innovación con resultados muy positivos en cuanto a número y calidad de proyectos desarrollados y un largo etcétera de medidas que hemos puesto en marcha alineadas con nuestra orientación a la excelencia y la innovación.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además, hay otros aspectos que quizás son menos tangibles pero igualmente críticos en nuestra actividad para conseguir éxito, como la enorme calidad humana y profesional de las personas que trabajan en el colegio, la implicación de las familias (no olvidemos que San Cernin es una cooperativa de familias, por lo que estas son propietarias del colegio), las altas expectativas que tienen tanto familias como profesores del alumnado, la personalización de la enseñanza con medidas y recursos asignados a los desdobles de clases, los apoyos, las clases de recuperación, las tutorías individuales y grupales, el servicio de Orientación…</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Recientemente habéis sido nombrados Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea 2016, ¿qué ha supuesto para vosotros este nombramiento?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Una enorme satisfacción y en parte una sorpresa, puesto que entendíamos que por nuestro tamaño y nuestra actividad quizás no respondíamos al perfil concreto de Embajadores de la Excelencia que se buscaba.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Este curso comenzó con un logro muy especial en nuestro camino con el modelo EFQM, ya que en la evaluación externa que tuvimos en el mes de octubre, el equipo evaluador consideró que nuestro sistema de gestión era merecedor de una puntuación superior a 600 puntos (entre 600-650). El colegio llevaba desde 2007 obteniendo puntuaciones por encima de los 500 puntos en las evaluaciones externas, y conscientes de la dificultad que en estos niveles de excelencia supone incrementar dicho rango, la verdad que no esperábamos este resultado tan satisfactorio. Así que en estos últimos meses del curso recibir la noticia del nombramiento como Embajadores de la Excelencia supone reafirmarnos en nuestro camino y lo tomamos además como un reconocimiento a la labor de todas las personas que contribuyen a que San Cernin sea un referente: el Consejo Rector en representación de las familias titulares, el Equipo Directivo, el profesorado y el personal no docente.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Vuestra incorporación al Club ha tenido lugar en un año especial, celebramos nuestro XXV aniversario. ¿Qué esperáis de una asociación como la nuestra?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Esperamos que nos aporte valor añadido desde su posición como Asociación de más de 200 empresas, en la mayor parte de los casos con unas prácticas de gestión muy avanzadas de las que podemos aprender. Toda la parte referente a formación, foros, encuentros con otras organizaciones (educativas o no) alrededor de la Excelencia nos interesa mucho, ya que somos una organización con una larga trayectoria en benchmarking, en la que hemos comprobado que podemos tanto aportar como aprender de otros.</p>\n
