<p><strong><em>Este año, el </em></strong><a href="http://www.clubexcelencia.org/"><strong><em>Club Excelencia en Gestión</em></strong></a><strong><em> ha celebrado su Asamblea General anual 2020 de una forma muy peculiar. Las circunstancias generadas por la difícil situación sanitaria que estamos viviendo han alentado una presentación de cuentas y de estrategias de futuro de manera virtual que, desgraciadamente, ha impedido a los socios encontrarse y charlar cara a cara como en anteriores ocasiones. En cualquier caso, sí han estado presentes para aprobar las propuestas del Club que servirán para formarles en materia de gestión transformadora y excelente para reconstruir un futuro económico que ya está llegando.</em></strong></p>\r\n

<p>Para todos ellos ha sido el agradecimiento y el aplauso del Club, tanto durante la Asamblea como en un <a href="https://youtu.be/FdvEavfNh5g">vídeo</a> preparado para la ocasión que ya está difundiéndose en redes sociales. Sobre todo por la labor que han estado desempeñando todas las organizaciones durante los días más difíciles de la pandemia: donaciones, transformación de procesos para surtir a centros hospitalarios, rápida adaptación de sus equipos al teletrabajo y a estrictas medidas de seguridad, comunicación constante con trabajadores, clientes y proveedores, puesta en marcha de medidas de apoyo social, etc.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Muchos de los ejemplos de estas buenas prácticas se están trasladando a ‘<strong><a href="https://www.clubexcelencia.org/construyendo-futuro">Construyendo Futuro</a></strong>’, una iniciativa del Club presentada en la Asamblea que está sirviendo para compartir con todo el mundo experiencias y conocimientos de sus socios en estos días. <em>“Nuestra intención es que sirva de inspiración para la comunidad empresarial, que entre todos podamos salir del bache minimizando los daños”</em>, comentó durante su intervención <strong>Ignacio Babé, Secretario General y CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión.</strong></p>\r\n

<p>El <strong>Presidente del Club, Alberto Durán</strong>, también tuvo palabras de aliento y agradecimiento a los socios. <em>“En este escenario tan complicado que se nos ha presentado un modelo de gestión basado en la excelencia, como el de la EFQM, va a ser muy útil. Especialmente para adaptarse con mayor facilidad a la nueva realidad y construir un mundo mejor”</em>, aseguró.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El Secretario General fue el encargado de aportar los principales datos y acciones de 2019, un año marcado por la presentación del Modelo EFQM 2020. Desde el 29 de octubre y hasta el 31 de diciembre del pasado año, el nuevo marco de gestión europeo registró más de 1.400 descargas desde la web del Club Excelencia en Gestión. Formar sobre su estructura y su utilización va a ser uno de los principales retos del 2020, algo que ya se está abordando con constantes <a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/formacion/formacion-online" target="_blank">cursos online</a>.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>También se han puesto de relieve las<strong> actividades de aprendizaje y benchmarking</strong> que han servido para desarrollar la <strong><em><a href="https://view.genial.ly/5dd189c24f25860f36f4de81/interactive-content-guia-benchmarking" target="_blank">Guía Inicial de Benchmarking</a></em></strong>. Y las descargas registradas por la plataforma colaborativa de gestión del conocimiento ÁGORA CEG, que han ascendido a <strong>más 250.000</strong>.</p>\r\n

<p>Babé también ha recordado que durante 2019 se han celebrado más de una decena de reuniones de los <strong>cuatro foros sectoriales</strong> promovidos por el Club: <strong>Educación, Universidades, Administraciones Públicas y Sanidad</strong>. Éstas se incluyen en las 95 actividades organizadas el pasado ejercicio, a las que han asistido <strong>más de 2.900 participantes</strong>: encuentros exclusivos para primeros ejecutivos, <em>management talks</em>, talleres, <em>workshops</em> y jornadas para directivos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Se han concedido más de <strong>170 Sellos de Excelencia EFQM</strong> a organizaciones que han demostrado tener una gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible, y 17 reconocimientos de <strong>Embajadores de la Excelencia Europea</strong> a aquellos que han sumado más de 600 puntos EFQM en sus evaluaciones.</p>\r\n

<p>Además, se han llevado a cabo los III Premios a las Buenas Prácticas en Gestión, con más de 90 propuestas recogidas, y el I Premio Nacional a la Gestión Excelente, Innovadora y Sostenible, con 17 candidaturas. Por otra parte, entre sus proyectos de RSC, destacan la publicación de la guía <strong><em>‘<u><a href="https://clubexcelencia.org/conocimiento/plataforma-de-conocimiento/50-criterios-de-calidad-y-excelencia-para-la-prestacion-del" target="_blank">50 criterios de Calidad y Excelencia para la prestación del servicio, que aportan valor en la contratación pública’</a></u> </em></strong>y la Plataforma colaborativa para impulsar la transformación del modelo educativo <strong><a href="http://www.betalent-steam.com/" target="_blank">Be TalentSTEAM</a></strong></p>\r\n
