<p><strong>La Orden Hospitalaria de San Juan de Dios -<a href="http://www.hospitalsantaclotilde.es/">Hospital Santa Clotilde</a></strong><strong>- centra su Guía de Buenas Prácticas en el paciente ¿Qué puntos subrayaría de esta Guía?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>En primer lugar, pretende proporcionar ideas prácticas y concretas que faciliten el trabajo de los profesionales del Hospital para que desarrollen, no solo una asistencia sanitaria óptima y de calidad, sino además una atención integral y respetuosa con los valores y derechos de los pacientes.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Por ello, conceptos como comunicación interpersonal, humanización, dignidad, autonomía o capacidad de decisión, intimidad, privacidad o confidencialidad, son términos comunes, junto a otros muchos, en todo el texto. La Guía se elaboró de forma participativa, contando con profesionales de todos los perfiles y ofrece un conjunto de reflexiones teóricas y propuestas prácticas que sirve de documento de apoyo para poder repensar acerca de los valores (Hospitalidad, Calidad, Respeto, Responsabilidad y Espiritualidad), actitudes y competencias que se deben mejorar. </p>\r\n

<p>En Santa Clotilde se procura una atención integral y centrada en la persona. Si hubiera que enumerar virtudes que se quiere inculcar en los profesionales hablaríamos de respeto, comprensión, responsabilidad, empatía, educación y amabilidad, paciencia, escucha, confianza, veracidad, honestidad, lealtad, confidencialidad, prudencia o humildad.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿En qué proyectos están trabajando en estos momentos para mejorar/innovar sus servicios?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>El Hospital Santa Clotilde está en continua evolución, innovación y mejora. Es obligatorio ofrecer a pacientes y familiares la mejor atención para seguir avanzando en nuestra máxima exigencia: la Excelencia. El centro logró el Sello EFQM 300+ en el 2016.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Uno de los proyectos más ambiciosos es la ampliación del centro en el que ya se está trabajando y que requerirá de una importante inversión presupuestaria, después de que en los últimos años ya se haya realizado un notable esfuerzo en la adecuación y modernización de las actuales instalaciones. </p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Qué destacaría de la asociación de la Orden Hospitalaria San Juan de Dios, Hospital Santa Clotilde, con el Club Excelencia en Gestión?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Sin duda ha sido <strong>un “matrimonio” más que satisfactorio</strong> para poder tener unas directrices claras a la hora de mejorar el funcionamiento y la gestión de las diferentes áreas del centro. Es indiscutible que en el siglo XXI es fundamental mejorar, de manera continua, todos los mecanismos que permitan optimizar los recursos humanos y materiales.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Cómo están transformando el Hospital para materializar su apuesta por la gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible en sus procedimientos de trabajo?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Teniendo en cuenta el carácter distintivo que otorga el Carisma a todos los centros de la Orden Hospitalaria de los Hermanos de San Juan de Dios, los profesionales, a través de los diferentes niveles de la organización, trabajamos de acuerdo al modelo de “Gestión Carismática”, que se hace tangible en el trabajo del día a día, de una manera medible y evaluable.</p>\r\n

<p>Este modelo nos conduce, con un alto nivel de exigencia, a una gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>Con una trayectoria de más de 75 años ¿Qué estrategia de crecimiento están siguiendo?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Previamente a continuar con nuestra vocación de crecimiento, hemos visto oportuno afianzar la colaboración, desde el punto de vista de la complementariedad, con la Consejería de Sanidad del Gobierno de Cantabria a través del Servicio Cántabro de Salud (SCS).</p>\r\n

<p>El Hospital Santa Clotilde quiere seguir siendo un socio estratégico para la Sanidad cántabra y ello exige continuar realizando las mejoras e innovaciones oportunas para poder responder, si así se requiriera, a cualquier tipo de reto que la Administración nos plantee.</p>\r\n
