<p>El Club Excelencia en Gestión ha organizado el día 11 de marzo en la sede de ManpowerGroup en Madrid una sesión con varios de sus Socios para debatir cómo debería ser el nuevo Modelo de Excelencia para que dé respuesta a los retos actuales y futuros de las organizaciones. En una sesión práctica y participativa, el Club ha informado sobre los avances que ya ha realizado el grupo de trabajo que está diseñando el Modelo EFQM 2020; se han determinado los principales retos a los que las compañías se están enfrentando en la actualidad; se han vislumbrado cuáles serán los que tendrán que afrontar en un futuro, y se han planteado propuestas sobre cómo debería ayudar el nuevo Modelo EFQM a ello.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Esta ha sido una de las muchas acciones que se están abordando en todo el mundo para recoger información de los distintos grupos de interés. Durante la sesión, Ignacio Babé, CEO del Club Excelencia en Gestión ha hecho un breve avance de cómo será la reinvención del Modelo EFQM 2020, tras lo que se ha abierto una ronda de diálogo en la que los Socios han podido compartir sus primeras impresiones.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En la sesión práctica se ha realizado una dinámica basada en la Metodología <em>Design Thinking</em> en dos grupos, liderados por Miquel Romero y Susana Fábregas (Directores del Club Excelencia en Gestión). Algunas de las ideas que se han debatido se han centrado en la necesidad de darle al Modelo EFQM un nuevo enfoque que le aporte más valor para las organizaciones. Todos se han mostrado de acuerdo en que se trata de una herramienta muy valiosa para las organizaciones. Es por ello por lo que hay que acercar el Modelo a todas las compañías y, sobre todo, a sus CEO.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Otro aspecto relevante ha versado sobre la indispensabilidad de que el Modelo se simplifique para facilitar su comprensión y aplicación. Sin embargo, no solo el Modelo en sí debe ser más sencillo, sino también el lenguaje con el que se comunica sobre él. Introducir en el Modelo nuevas perspectivas relacionadas con la innovación, la agilidad, la tecnología, la sostenibilidad y los nuevos entornos han sido también aspectos muy valorados por los Socios.</p>\r\n

<p>Según Ignacio Babé, “el Modelo EFQM 2020 hay que reinventarlo para que dure unos cuantos años que, desde luego, no podrán volver a ser casi 3 décadas, al vertiginoso ritmo en que el entorno (VUCA) de las organizaciones y de las personas está cambiando. Tendremos que conformarnos con bastante menos. Lo que sí tendrá que mantener son los principios de universalidad, que han caracterizado al actual modelo, por los cuales empresas y organizaciones de diferentes tamaños, complejidades, sectores y geografías han utilizado el modelo como espejo en el que mirarse periódicamente para detectar si los cambios que han ido haciendo van en el sentido adecuado o no. Tiene que seguir siendo útil para grandes multinacionales (Bosch, BMW, EdF, Electrolux, Infineon..), para Pymes (Contisystems Portugal, CynoraGmbh) y para Administraciones Públicas (UNOPS, Euskalit, Dubai Municipality,…)”.</p>\r\n
