<p>LOS RETOS DE LA EXCELENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN DE LAS UNIVERSIDADES ha sido el tema que ha debatido el Foro de Universidades en su segundo encuentro en el que se ha rendido un homenaje a Carmen Melsió por su dedicación a este Foro durante los últimos diez años y se ha tenido la ocasión de debatir sobre los retos del futuro del trabajo.</p>\r\n

<p>Se ha presentado en esta reunión el Grupo de Trabajo sobre la Guía Práctica para la aplicación del Modelo EFQM en Universidades y se ha fijado la fecha del 15 y 16 de noviembre para el III Encuentro de este Foro, reunión que tendrá lugar en Jaén y donde se entregarán los <strong>Premios a la Excelencia en Gestión Universitaria</strong>.</p>\r\n

<p>José Ramón García Aranda expuso una ponencia sobre "Trabajo de mañana: Reto del futuro... ¿o del presente?" Un trabajo en el que expuso los cambios y la transformación a los que se enfrenta el mundo de la enseñanza y la universidad y el mercado de trabajo por la influencia de la tecnología. Una innovación y una tecnología que están cambiando los modelos de trabajo y la forma de relacionarse. Este experto puso de relieve que los nuevos modelos pasan por el crecimiento del trabajo independiente y de las formas atípicas de empleo, el trabajo por proyectos, la redefinición de las fronteras del trabajo tal como lo entendemos, el incremento de formas de trabajar más fluidas y flexibles, distribuidas, colaborativas, en tiempo real y de forma móvil. Hay nuevas formas de organización con las que se busca el equilibrio entre el proceso social y el económico, en las que hay que asumir que habrá una reinvención de por vida con formación constante y adaptación tecnológica permanente, que hay que redefinir el concepto de carrera profesional, el equilibrio entre vida profesional y personal. En el nuevo marco conviviremos con un coste decreciente de la automatización y robotización, una eclosión de la inteligencia artificial, un incremento de la relación máquinas-talento humano y una reasignación de tareas.</p>\r\n

<p>Las Universidades tendrán que trabajar para adaptarse a estas realidades emergentes.</p>\r\n

<p>En la reunión se ha presentado un <strong>grupo de trabajo sobre una nueva Guía Práctica para la aplicación del Modelo EFQM en Universidades</strong>. Una guía para ayudar a las universidades a conseguir sus objetivos de evaluar el grado de Excelencia, gestionar la implantación de estrategias, nacional y autonómicas, gestionar el cambio, la mejora continua y la evaluación; y, para ello, el Modelo EFQM les da una visión global de la organización y se convierte en un instrumento global e integrador que estructura el sistema de gestión para desarrollar la excelencia.</p>\r\n

<p>Los propósitos de la Guía son mejorar la comprensión del Modelo EFQM para reforzar la toma de decisiones sobre su utilidad y continuidad de su aplicación, mejorar el conocimiento y la comprensión de las características organizacionales de las Universidades y sus Unidades Organizativas para facilitar los procesos de evaluación (interna y externa), equilibrar las referencias de los conceptos fundamentales, la estructura de criterios y los atributos de REDER concretados con la gestión específica universitaria, y disponer de un documento comprensible, útil, práctico y que sirva y se utilice.</p>\r\n

<p>En este momento, el número de Universidades con Sello de Excelencia asciende a 15 y hay un total de 21 reconocimientos EFQM en las Universidades españolas.</p>\r\n
