Algunas han conseguido capitalizar las oportunidades con innovación y adaptabilidad. El foco de este año ha estado en:</p><ul><li><strong>Adaptación darwiniana:</strong> Empresas de distintos sectores se han enfocado en ser más ágiles y flexibles, ajustando rápidamente procesos y estrategias ante los cambios del mercado.</li><li><strong>Transformación digital:</strong> La integración de tecnologías avanzadas como IA, Big Data y automatización ha transformado la toma de decisiones y mejorado la eficiencia operativa.</li><li><strong>Sostenibilidad y ESG:</strong> Las iniciativas de sostenibilidad han pasado de ser un diferenciador a una prioridad estratégica integrada en el sistema de gestión. </li><li><strong>Enfoque en el talento:</strong> Se ha reforzado la importancia del bienestar, la inclusión y el desarrollo profesional, en un entorno laboral que demanda modelos híbridos y flexibilidad.</li><li><strong>Relación con el cliente:</strong> La personalización y el uso de datos para crear experiencias únicas han sido clave para fidelizar clientes en un mercado cada vez más competitivo.</li></ul><p>Las tendencias, en gestión, para<strong> 2025</strong>, van en las siguientes líneas:</p><ul><li><strong>IA generativa y automatización avanzada:</strong> Se espera un mayor uso de herramientas que no solo optimicen procesos, sino que también potencien la creatividad y personalización a gran escala.</li><li><strong>Negocios regenerativos:</strong> El concepto va más allá de la sostenibilidad, buscando que las operaciones empresariales aporten resultados sostenibles, no solo para el medio ambiente y la sociedad, sino también para los demás grupos de interés, de una manera equilibrada.</li><li><strong>Gestión centrada en las personas:</strong> Seguirá evolucionando, con un énfasis en el liderazgo colaborativo, volver a valorar los <strong>méritos</strong> y la <strong>excelencia</strong>, mostrar la <strong>ética</strong> del comportamiento empresarial y favorecer la <strong>inteligencia</strong> y la <strong>inclusión (MEEII).</strong></li><li><strong>Tecnologías inmersivas:</strong> La realidad aumentada (AR) y realidad virtual (VR) transformarán experiencias de cliente y los entornos laborales.</li><li><strong>Cadenas de suministro resilientes:</strong> El foco estará en diversificación, regionalización y estrategias para mitigar riesgos geopolíticos.</li></ul><p>Desde el <strong>Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong> ayudaremos a Pymes y grandes empresas, en 2025, con el lanzamiento del Entorno Virtual de Excelencia en Gestión (<strong>EVEG</strong>), la iniciativa más ambiciosa en la que llevamos años embarcados, para acercar la buena gestión a las empresas y organizaciones que quieren mejorar pero tienen grandes limitaciones de tiempo y costes. Nuestra apuesta por promover la gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible (<strong>GEIS</strong>) se mantiene y acrecienta con este lanzamiento, que irá incorporando nuestra extensa y magnífica <strong>base de conocimiento</strong>. En paralelo y complementariamente, mantenemos el <strong>Modelo EFQM</strong> como referente de las empresas que buscan resultados sostenibles con la GEIS. Acrecentaremos nuestra comunidad de socios, incorporando a más <strong>socios emblemáticos</strong> de los que podamos seguir aprendiendo para <strong>mejorar</strong> la gestión y conseguir <strong>benchmarks</strong> para estimular la mejora.</p><p>Seguiremos avanzando, por tanto, en nuestro <strong>propósito</strong> en 2025: impulsar organizaciones con una gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible para construir una sociedad mejor.
