"value" => "<p>Bajo el marco del <strong>Foro de IA del Club Excelencia en Gestión</strong>, vamos a empezar con 3 tipos de actividades diferentes que nos permitirán reunir a expertos, profesionales y entusiastas de la IA y de la gestión, con el objetivo de compartir conocimientos, experiencias y aprendizajes en la implementación de soluciones de IA:</p><ol><li>SENSIBILIZACIÓN: Ofrecer cápsulas informativas y formativas sobre aspectos relevantes de la IA.</li><li>IMPLEMENTACIÓN PRÁCTICA: Proporcionar metodologías y guías para poner en marcha proyectos de IA y conocer casos reales.</li><li>RESOLUCIÓN DE RETOS: Talleres de resolución de retos reales de las organizaciones.</li></ol><p> </p><p>Y es dentro de esta última línea donde se enmarca este Taller de innovación colaborativa centrado en los problemas del día a día derivados de la <strong>gestión de documentos</strong>. ¿Puede la IA ayudar en este ámbito? ¿Cómo? Intentaremos resolverlo a través de 2 sesiones dentro de este Taller: La primera sesión será presencial, en Madrid, y tendrá lugar el 31 de octubre de 11:30 a 13:30h y la segunda sesión, tendrá lugar el 14 de noviembre, online, de 13:00 a 14:00h.</p><p> </p><p>En la primera sesión participativa, que tendrá <strong>formato focus group</strong>, profundizaremos en los problemas concretos de los participantes con la gestión documental en su organización, con el reto de idear a través de la co-creación, una solución a los mismos basada en IA.</p>"
