<p>Tenemos claro que nuestra principal ayuda hoy, en 2023, para nuestros socios y para el ecosistema en el que nos desenvolvemos, es lo que se conoce como <strong>benchmarking</strong>. Y pasa por ofrecer información - buenas prácticas - para <strong>mejorar la gestión</strong> y datos de indicadores y resultados que permitan contrastar los enfoques de gestión utilizados por cada uno. Porque hay que <strong>medir</strong>, o parafraseando a Lord Kelvin, <em>“Lo que no se define no se puede medir. Lo que no se mide, no se puede mejorar. Lo que no se mejora, se degrada siempre”</em>. O en román paladino, lo que no son cuentas, son cuentos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Y en este 2023 además hemos creado dos comisiones en nuestro <strong>Comité de Gobierno</strong>, el equivalente al Consejo de Administración de una sociedad mercantil. Una Comisión de Sostenibilidad dedicada a fijar la política del Club, tanto para la Secretaría General como para la comunidad de socios. Y una Comisión de Gestión 5.0 para marcarnos los senderos a transitar al explorar la gestión del futuro.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En el Club, somos los primeros interesados en que las organizaciones sigan siendo muy buenas, mejorando lo que ya hacen bien (excelencia), y que no se despisten de su misión. Pero también tenemos claro que deben introducir nuevas fórmulas para adaptarse ágilmente a los cambios y aprovechar los avances tecnológicos para <strong>innovar</strong>.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Y que, además de resultados económicos, deben incorporar la <strong>sostenibilidad</strong> - EESG – para cuidar el planeta y la sociedad en la que operan desarrollando valores sólidos, en un sistema de gobierno riguroso. Porque entendemos que la gestión hoy no es sólo una de sus partes, sino un sistema integral (excelente, innovador y sostenible) y equilibrado, que toda organización debe desarrollar teniendo en cuenta su entorno y contexto.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La <strong>sostenibilidad</strong> ha emergido como el nuevo paradigma de la gestión. Hoy los clientes y los consumidores no se conforman solo con la calidad y la innovación en productos o servicios. Quieren, cada vez más, que se limite el uso de los elementos no renovables de la naturaleza, como el carbón o el petróleo; quieren más beneficios para la sociedad, no solo para los accionistas; quieren politicas de inclusión, diversidad y equidad; quieren decisiones éticas, transparentes, íntegras y ejemplares. Y, sobre todo, que las empresas sigan siendo económicamente viables, porque si no todo lo anterior será puro voluntarismo (EESG).</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Dice Sir Roland Cohen, el padre de la inversión social, que <em>“podemos cambiar el capitalismo actual, basado únicamente en el beneficio económico, por un capitalismo que esté enfocado en el beneficio económico y el impacto social por igual, redirigiendo grandes flujos de capital para mejorar el mundo”</em>.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Hay que acabar ya con las visiones parciales y sectarias de que la sostenibilidad es una moda, o una herramienta de gestión, o marketing social, o una simple acción social, o pura filantropía, o maquillaje, o aquello de ‘devolver a la sociedad’. Hay que poner la sostenibilidad en su sitio y afirmar categóricamente que hoy es una gran oportunidad para lograr una mejor organización, crear más valor y capital social, acelerar el desarrollo y contribuir a vertebrar la sociedad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La <strong>integridad del sistema de gestión</strong> resulta fundamental cuando lo que se está haciendo es sustituir el paradigma. Porque la sostenibilidad no es lo único importante en una organización, pero si no forma parte del sistema integral de gestión, no calará en la cultura organizativa.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La <strong>innovación</strong> y la tecnología siguen y seguirán siendo muy relevantes: digitalizar todos los procesos e integrar herramientas de medición comparables y trazables en todas las funciones de la empresa (financiero, recursos humanos, comerciales o fabricación). Y, además, ser consciente de que, ante tantos cambios en los clientes, consumidores y el entorno, habrá que revisar periódicamente la estrategia para ajustar el modelo de negocio, y hacerlo con mayor transparencia para todos los grupos de interés.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Si todo lo anterior corresponde a la nueva forma de <strong>explotar</strong> nuestros negocios, con las nuevas consideraciones de EESG tenemos además que <strong>explorar</strong> de cara al <strong>futuro</strong>. Observar como la sociedad, el entorno, los clientes, la logística, los consumidores, las regulaciones, los financiadores y las personas siguen cambiando.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Será necesario seguir transformando la organización y su cultura para adaptarnos a los cambios de todos nuestros grupos de interés. Por eso, cuanto más integrado sea el sistema de gestión menos convulsiones se notarán en el medio y largo plazo. Y para esto seguimos recomendando usar el Modelo EFQM, que es una gran ayuda para entender el funcionamiento de un sistema de gestión integrado y orientado al futuro.</p>\r\n

<p>Desde el Club seguiremos investigando sobre la <strong>gestión del futuro</strong>, a través de nuestro proyecto <strong>Gestión 5.0</strong>, para ayudar a nuestros socios, clientes y demás participantes de nuestro ecosistema a transitar por la senda de la sostenibilidad para el futuro.</p>\r\n
