<p>La IA no es más que la réplica mediante algoritmos de comportamientos ya conocidos, generalmente humanos, pero no limitados a estos por lo que podemos llegar a concluir que dentro de no mucho, veremos no sólo como la tecnología apoya a las personas sino que también lo hará con las propias industrias.</p>\r\n

<p>Existen ya numerosas herramientas para poder ser usadas de forma gratuita o de pago. Cada una de ellas tiene funcionalidades diferentes y todas acaban complementando un escritorio completo de trabajo.</p>\r\n

\t<li>ChatGPT: lenguaje entrenado para realizar tareas específicas de procesamiento de lenguaje natural o responder preguntas en contextos diversos.</li>\r\n
\t<li>DallE y <em>Midjourney</em>: Crean imágenes realistas a partir de descripciones de texto que los humanos proporcionamos como entrada.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Y muchas aplicaciones combinadas que permiten que la IA trabaje por nosotros.</li>\r\n

<p>Antes de abordar este punto es muy importante entender que el análisis estratégico de las megatendencias y su impacto es un elemento específico dentro del criterio 1 del Modelo EFQM. Las organizaciones que usan el Modelo EFQM tienen más posibilidades de entender su contexto de forma completa y enriquecida gracias a que implantan enfoques abordando este aspecto.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Desde el marco de megatendencias como las entendemos en el Modelo EFQM tenemos que dirigirnos a la disrupción tecnológica y al uso democratizado y cada vez más intenso de la tecnología y cómo va a afectar a las personas. Esta conclusión nos lleva a generar un análisis en dos dimensiones.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Está claro que la IA es una nueva tecnología. Es disruptiva, escalable y barata y además es muy potente como ayuda en el ahorro de tareas mecánicas. Poco a poco las empresas tendrán que incorporarla gracias a que, bien usada, aumenta la eficiencia dentro de las tareas repetitivas. Esto es, uno de los retos de las organizaciones será implementar de forma ágil dentro de su cadena de valor elementos de IA que mejoren la experiencia tanto a nivel interno (personas y talento) como externa (clientes, <em>partners </em>y sociedad).</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Si hablamos de talento, una de las amenazas de las que se habla recurrentemente es que las nuevas generaciones vienen <em>escasas de talento</em>. Esto es de todas formas absurdo, ya que el talento no tiene edad y degeneración sino falta de desarrollo. El reto será que las personas puedan mejorar su talento no a través de la fuerza sino de la inteligencia. El factor humano requerirá no sólo el uso de la herramienta sino aplicar la sensibilidad y el punto extra que no otorga un algoritmo. Por ello, los planes de desarrollo de personas ahora cobran vital importancia teniendo que estar focalizados cada vez más en habilidades blandas y humanización de la tecnología.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Seguro que en este momento te están surgiendo miles de dudas e inquietudes de cómo empezar en este mundo. Por eso te dejo unos <em>tips:</em></p>\r\n
\r\n
<ul>\r\n
\t<li>La IA no es perfecta. Si crees que te va a poder suplantar o van a poner tu vida en sus manos estás perdido. Hoy en día tiene limitaciones tanto en su fondo de conocimiento (que es hasta 2020) como en su precisión. Si escriben por ti o hacen trabajos por ti, siempre repasa y añade tu toque personal, en caso contrario, te van a pillar.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Entiende su uso. Pon especial atención en las palabras clave o <em>prompts</em>. Los <em>prompts</em> definen como los algoritmos generan sus respuestas y cuanto más aprendas a usarlos mejores resultados obtendrás.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Ser fiel a la ética. Uno de los debates más populares hoy es si se debe limitar el uso y desarrollo de la IA. La clave es respetar el modelo ético y poder trabajar en base a unas reglas de comportamiento. Esto parece metafísico, pero si diseñamos las herramientas desde un paradigma destructivo o degenerativo, la realidad es que daremos pasos hacia atrás.</li>\r\n

<p>Como punto extra os dejo un par de aplicaciones que a mi me encantan:</p>\r\n

\t<li>Fireflies.app: Es capaz de conectarse a tus videollamadas y, aparte de grabarlas, te hace un resumen completo de la misma, tareas, seguimientos e incluso escribe mails con conclusiones.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Drawanyone: Permite hacer combinaciones de nuestros rostros a partir de <em>selfies</em> y retratos. Son combinaciones súperchulas para hacer avatares.</li>\r\n
\t<li>Y un <a href="https://ig.ft.com/generative-ai/">súper enlace de aprendizaje</a>.</li>\r\n

<p>Recuerda, no es el avance de la inteligencia artificial lo que preocupa, es el retraso de la inteligencia humana lo que debería preocuparnos.</p>\r\n
