<p>Sabemos que es posible ser un buen profesional y, además un profesional bueno que tenga sensibilidad ante la búsqueda de la verdad y el compromiso ético-social en todos los ámbitos. La pregunta que nos hacemos en este marco es, <em>¿cómo puede la gestión universitaria dar respuesta a estos retos? </em>Hace unos meses, desde el Foro de Universidades del <em>Club Excelencia en Gestión</em>, tuvimos la oportunidad de promover una iniciativa ED<em>-Action Tank</em>, con el propósito de definir las claves del futuro de la Gestión Universitaria para impulsar una educación de calidad y permeable a los cambios que se están produciendo. Fue entonces cuando nos planteamos preguntas tales como, <a><em>¿cómo podemos lograr </em></a><em>adaptarnos con éxito a los desafíos que se nos presentan?, ¿somos generadores de gestión innovadora?, ¿tenemos una visión completa con información esencial para líderes y responsables en la toma de decisiones?,</em> <em>¿Estamos poniendo a las personas en el centro con nuestra gestión?</em></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para seguir avanzando en nuestra búsqueda de soluciones que nos ayuden a una mejora continua en la gestión de la calidad de la Educación superior, establecimos la creación de un grupo de trabajo estable. Los miembros representan a universidades públicas y privadas, otras instituciones educativas, <a>alumnos</a>, alumni, docentes, directivos, empresarios y startups.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Ser testigo de ese trabajo conjunto, eliminando las barreras intelectuales, estructurales y territoriales y poniendo la inteligencia colectiva al servicio del bien común es realmente un regalo. Un regalo que me hace reflexionar sobre cuál debe ser el camino en el que debemos avanzar y que coincide en muchos aspectos, con las conclusiones de dicho trabajo que hemos presentado de una manera más detallada en el Informe <strong><em>“</em></strong><a href="https://www.clubexcelencia.org/conocimiento/plataforma-de-conocimiento/las-claves-del-futuro-de-la-gestion-universitaria"><strong><em>Las claves del futuro de la gestión universitaria</em></strong></a><strong><em>”.</em></strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La experiencia desarrollada nos debe proporcionar a las universidades, ayuda para anticipar las tendencias y los cambios, y para diseñar estrategias que permitan mejorar la calidad de la educación. Además, somos las universidades quienes tenemos el deber de potenciar la preparación de nuestros alumnos para que sean agentes de cambio en una sociedad en constante evolución centrada en la persona.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En síntesis, tras el diálogo y la priorización, se señalaron como elementos clave en la gestión: la inteligencia colectiva, el aprendizaje personalizado, la organización <em>data driven</em> y el pensamiento sobre nuevos modelos de negocio en la universidad. Uno de los principales cambios en la realidad es desvelar su complejidad y cómo se relaciona el conocimiento. Creo que es un gran descubrimiento, la necesidad de poner atención en la comprensión común de conceptos nuevos como la inteligencia colectiva y el aprendizaje personalizado para poder gestionarlos adecuadamente. Ambos son, sin duda, conceptos interrelacionados y suponen desafíos importantes donde las estrategias son transversales y afectan a toda la organización.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La organización está también en formato flexible. La inteligencia colectiva como recurso estratégico permite combinar la inteligencia artificial, colaborativa y relacional, nos ayuda a descubrir y definir nuevos ecosistemas desde las personas, con sus similitudes o diferencias y ver qué comunidades forman, cuál es su identidad y cómo realizar transferencia entre ellas.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para cumplir con estos factores, la toma de decisiones pasa por diagnosticar la realidad, y buscar colaboración frente a competición; identificar diferentes capacidades y priorizar proyectos; comunicarse internamente y comprometerse. Además, es importante considerar la gobernanza y revisar y replantear las limitaciones de las estructuras y de la organización para desarrollar tecnologías innovadoras al servicio de las personas. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>La organización <em>data driven</em> en las universidades, permitirá la mejora continua a través del conocimiento y la medición del impacto de las acciones. Se deben definir estrategias y mediciones, y para interpretar adecuadamente el análisis es necesario el contexto. La evaluación es el gran reto por cumplir, y hay que dar un giro de 360 grados para que la base sea la pregunta y no la respuesta, especialmente ahora con la inteligencia artificial con <em>ChatGPT</em> al alcance de todos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Finalmente, para avanzar en los nuevos modelos de negocio en la universidad, es importante centrarse en las relaciones en lugar de en los productos, comunicarse eficazmente interna y externamente, eliminar las barreras entre la universidad y el resto de los agentes sociales y reducir la burocracia. Se sugiere facilitar procedimientos sencillos, transformar la organización, conectar y comunicar áreas y servicios para una interacción clara, sencilla y constructiva que potencie oportunidades y experiencias en el mundo, abriendo fronteras.</p>\r\n

<p>Una de las claves que sin duda es fundamental con la centralidad de la persona, es la gestión de la trazabilidad de su formación a través de la creación de un aprendizaje personalizado que nos permita anticiparnos, para acompañar y guiar al alumno en el desarrollo de su vida en comunidad. Solo así contribuiremos a ayudar a que las personas puedan desplegar todo su potencial. Fortalecer de manera transversal la docencia, la investigación y la transferencia de conocimiento poniendo en valor la universidad y el desarrollo de sus proyectos desde su propia misión e identidad, es necesario.</p>\r\n

Nuestro alrededor está cambiando y todos somos seres en continua transformación. Las organizaciones están descubriendo que las personas son parte de esos cambios y, en la gestión, deben ser consideradas como fines y no como medios.
