<p>Lo primero y fundamental, creo en la necesidad de un modelo de liderazgo que se adecue al momento actual donde la sostenibilidad y la digitalización son elementos clave. Y por ello, veo elemental un cambio, un concepto de progreso y futuro hacia algo mejor.</p>\r\n

<p>Continuamente vemos el impacto dispar que están teniendo los diferentes sectores del país, algunos de ellos favorecidos por los condicionantes de la pandemia, otros de ellos perjudicados. Pero en ambos casos, nos ha dejado claro que debemos afrontar las cosas en el futuro de manera diferente y que necesitamos cambiar.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Y la siguiente pregunta que haría sería: ¿para qué necesito cambiar? Tenemos que estar preparados para anticiparnos más y mejor a las cosas. Esto es <em>Next Leader</em>, cómo nos tenemos que preparar para afrontar de la mejor forma posible los retos, las necesidades, los problemas, las incertidumbres que tenemos y las que vamos a tener.</p>\r\n

<p>En definitiva, creo claramente que nuestra forma de liderar este momento actual se convierte en un pilar fundamental en el éxito de nuestros equipos y de nuestras compañías. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Qué estilo de liderazgo es necesario potenciar en estos momentos? </strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>El estilo de liderazgo que necesitamos potenciar es aquel que quiere adelantarse a las circunstancias, que se anticipa, el que busca en la innovación una palanca hacia la diferenciación, el que genera equipo dentro y fuera de la compañía sabiendo gestionar el talento de una forma diferente, buscando organizaciones en redes y evitando el orden jerárquico.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Aquel que busca en la simplicidad y sencillez y lo implanta en la organización como un valor efectivo y no como una palabra más, aquel que elimina barreras y abre puertas y ventanas para dar respuesta a los conflictos. Es decir, aquel que pone por delante el beneficio del grupo en lugar del beneficio individual. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En definitiva, nuestro modelo de liderazgo debe potenciar, favorecer y facilitar el emprendimiento de las personas individual y colectivamente, afrontando mejor sus propios restos. Lo esencial y necesario es tener compañías que respondan más ágilmente, las organizadas en red, las que tengan un propósito transformador, las centradas en el cliente, las conectadas, las que empoderen al talento, las que sepan aprender continuamente y las que decidan con datos, entre otros aspectos. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Cómo ayuda el Modelo EFQM a lograrlo?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Entiendo el Modelo como una herramienta aceleradora y facilitadora, que nos guía en la mejora y en el proceso de transformación de las organizaciones aportando método y palancas claras para afrontar estos procesos de cambio. Por ello, valoro la hoja de ruta que nos aporta el Modelo para enfocar más claramente el qué y el cómo debemos realizar este viaje de transformación. Y como ir midiéndolo para ser conscientes de nuestro desempeño. </p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><strong>¿Qué beneficios aporta este estilo de liderazgo a las organizaciones, a sus grupos de interés y al entorno que las rodea?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Creo de manera clara que lo que busca este estilo de liderazgo es fomentar y desarrollar competencias organizacionales para liderar tu mercado de manera sostenible y digital, atrayendo talento e inspirando a todos nuestros grupos de interés: desde los clientes y personas, como al resto de colaboradores, haciéndoles parte de nuestro modelo de gestión. En definitiva, nos hace ser mejores extendiendo nuestra propuesta de valor siendo inclusivos con todos los grupos de interés.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Puedes darnos pistas sobre las características clave de <em>Next Leader</em>?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Para mí la característica fundamental de <em>Next Leader</em> es que no nos quedamos en el qué, profundizamos en el cómo tenemos que hacerlo, que es lo más importante para el proceso de cambio y transformación, dando directrices claras y sencillas con recetas de actuación para diseñar y ejecutar. En definitiva, cómo poner en práctica de manera efectiva cada una de las diez claves para diferenciarnos ahora y en el futuro; y cómo éstas nos ayudarán a desarrollar nuevos modelos de negocio.</p>\r\n
