<p><strong>¿Es posible y asumible para cualquier organización seguir el Modelo EFQM en estos momentos complejos?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>La crisis originada por la pandemia de la COVID-19 ha supuesto un gran reto para las organizaciones, y ha facilitado la aceleración de una serie de cambios que hace tiempo deberían haber sido acometidos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Aún es pronto para establecer conclusiones sobre como la sociedad ha afrontado este nuevo reto, si bien podemos constatar fehacientemente que las empresas que mejor lo harán serán las que más rápido se adapten a los cambios de la sociedad y del consumidor.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>¿Cómo se están llevando a cabo las evaluaciones del Modelo ahora que el contacto personal está tan restringido? ¿Ofrece la nueva modalidad las mismas garantías de excelencia?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Independientemente de la situación de pandemia actual, la última revisión del Modelo EFQM introdujo importantes cambios. Entre ellos, la revisión del proceso de evaluación introduciendo distintas modalidades de visitas: presencial, online y un formato mixto. A lo largo de los años han sido muchas las organizaciones que demandaban la posibilidad de realizar las visitas de evaluación de forma virtual y precisamente era una de las novedades del proceso de evaluación. Cualquiera de las tres modalidades establecidas son igualmente eficaces y efectivas, gracias al proceso establecido y a la profesionalidad de los evaluadores asesores que conforman el equipo de evaluación.</p>\r\n
\r\n

<p><strong>El Modelo pone gran énfasis en planificar estrategias centradas en conseguir los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) marcados por Naciones Unidas. ¿Por qué es tan importante cumplir este punto?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>EFQM reconoce el papel que pueden desempeñar las organizaciones en el apoyo a los objetivos establecidos por las Naciones Unidas tanto en su Pacto Mundial del año 2000 como en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, que constituyen un llamamiento a países y organizaciones para que actúen y promocionen la igualdad social, el buen gobierno y la prosperidad, al tiempo que protegen el planeta.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Cualquier organización que quiera ser reconocida por su gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible debe poner especial atención en trabajar desde y para los ODS. Debe respetar y cumplir la esencia de los mensajes de los 17 objetivos, integrándolos en su estrategia y en la cultura de su organización. Uno de los grandes retos será el lograr que las personas que forman parte de la organización se identifiquen y crean en ellos, de esa manera, el resto de los grupos de interés (clientes, sociedad, proveedores, partners…) los reconocerá como parte de su buen hacer y compromiso con la sociedad.</p>\r\n
\r\n

<p><strong>Muy vinculada a todo lo que se ha comentado en esta entrevista está la iniciativa <em>Contribuyendo a un futuro más sostenible de la economía española</em>, que apuesta por las alianzas entre organizaciones y por el uso del Modelo EFQM para superar la crisis en la que estamos inmersos. ¿En qué punto se encuentra?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>Son ya casi 100 organizaciones las que se han adherido a esta nueva iniciativa que busca alcanzar coaliciones entre empresas e instituciones para que ninguna de ellas se quede atrás en estos momentos de incertidumbre. Estamos firmemente convencidos de que el Modelo EFQM puede ayudar a España a recuperarse y salir de la crisis, es el marco de referencia para la transformación de las organizaciones a través del impulso de la gestión excelente, innovadora y sostenible.</p>\r\n
