<p>Para que un enfoque a los ODS forme parte del pensamiento y mentalidad de nuestros equipos, se requiere que el equipo directivo crea realmente en ellos, que no considere su gestión como una actividad secundaria y que se trabaje sobre ellos de una manera conjunta y simultáneamente a las tareas habituales. Debe <strong>integrarlos en su propia estrategia</strong>, que no se entienda su cumplimiento y el de unos objetivos estratégicos de forma separada e independiente, que no se revisen una vez al año para cumplir maquillando resultados.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>En consecuencia se deberá <strong>buscar que los equipos se identifiquen y crean en ellos</strong>, de esa manera, el resto de los grupos de interés (clientes, sociedad, proveedores, <em>partners</em>…) los reconocerá como parte de nuestro hacer diario y nos asociará con los mismos.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Claro está, que para conseguirlo, debe realizarse un análisis de los 17 ODS y sus 169 metas para precisar cuáles resultan los más significativos para nuestra actividad, y seleccionar así aquellos que priorizaremos, pues habremos de <strong>focalizarnos en un número que nos permita dedicarnos en profundidad</strong>; para una pyme tres pueden ser suficientes. Se puede hacer una matriz cruzándolos con los factores críticos de éxito, con nuestros objetivos o con nuestra misión, visión, valores y propósito (en este proceso resulta interesante que participen varias personas de la organización). Pero esto es solo una posibilidad, de lo que se trata es de que los hagamos nuestros desde nuestra propia entidad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Así, su integración será natural, no forzada, dentro de nuestro propio sistema de gestión. <strong>Lo haremos de manera flexible y adaptada a nuestros recursos</strong>, tamaño e idiosincrasia pero bien fundamentada, donde, en el fondo, la esencia será difícil que cambie con el paso de los años porque habrá sido meditada y decidida con criterio.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Hemos de escapar de tendencias que vienen y se van como modas pasajeras, que empujan a tener unas perspectivas a corto plazo y con las que lo único que se consigue es hacer un poco de ruido de fondo y desconcertar a todos nuestros grupos de interés. Hemos de <strong>fijar la vista en el medio y en el largo plazo</strong>, con unas metas que ir alcanzando con el tiempo y a partir de las cuales <strong>mejorar en un proceso continuo de superación</strong>.</p>\r\n

<p>En el ámbito de la empresa sobrevienen conceptos que suenan con fuerza un tiempo para dejar paso a otros con los que sucederá lo mismo, seguir el impulso de esa marea no es en ningún caso estrategia, y puede poner en problemas a una organización. Habremos de elegir nuestras líneas de actuación y apostar por ellas en un plazo razonable, establecer cuál dependerá de muchos factores.</p>\r\n

<p>De esos conceptos que resuenan en los medios, en las redes, en eventos, en los <em>networking</em>, etc. podríamos hacer una larga lista pero voy a decirles tres que a día de hoy me parecen clave: la <strong>transformación </strong>(digital o no), la <strong>cultura </strong>(a la que he aludido en las primeras líneas) y los <strong>Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible</strong>.</p>\r\n
