<p style="text-align: justify;">En esta edición hemos querido entrevistar a Alfonso Davalillo coordinador del Foro de Universidades del Club, con motivo de las diferentes actividades que se han puesto en marcha a lo largo de 2015, y para que nos cuente los nuevos retos que se plantean de cara al año que viene en el Foro de Universidades del Club. Como adelanta, entre sus expectativas está el “buscar un encuentro fluido con ANECA para revisar y actualizar el informe de integración EFQM-AUDIT, dar continuidad al grupo de trabajo sobre intercambio de buenas prácticas en el entorno universitario junto con la creación de un decálogo para poner en valor la excelencia en gestión de los centros universitarios”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. El Foro de Universidades del Club ha ido creciendo en excelencia y experiencia a lo largo de estos años. Haciendo balance, ¿qué aspectos destacarías como importantes para conseguir hacer de este foro un referente en el ámbito universitario?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cuando las universidades se han ido integrado en este Foro lo han hecho porque personas puntuales de cada una de ellas, con gran ilusión y visión de futuro han convencido a responsables o incluso han liderado la transformación interna\u{A0} de sus centros e instituciones para ir orientando a las universidades hacia un entorno ligado a la excelencia en la gestión.\u{A0} Cada uno ha influido en el área de su responsabilidad, pero ahora con el nuevo paradigma que se nos presenta, definido por los\u{A0} Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), redactados y difundidos en mayo de 2015, creo que el Foro de Universidades, con la experiencia y buenas prácticas acumuladas durante estos años,\u{A0} puede ayudar a toda la comunidad universitaria a posicionarse bien ante este nuevo reto.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. El próximo 16 de diciembre, realizaréis un Webinar "De\u{A0} la acreditación de las titulaciones a la acreditación de las instituciones". ¿Nos puedes comentar\u{A0} más sobre esta nueva iniciativa?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Además del citado documento (ESG), las universidades nos hemos encontrado\u{A0} con un Real Decreto, publicado el 17 de junio en el BOE cuyo título es “Real Decreto 420/2015 de 29 de mayo, de creación, reconocimiento, autorización y acreditación\u{A0} de universidades y centros universitarios”.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Estamos en pleno proceso de acreditación de nuestras titulaciones oficiales de Grado y Máster en el marco legal del Real Decreto 1393/2007, de 29 de octubre, por el que se establece la ordenación de las enseñanzas universitarias oficiales, y sus múltiples modificaciones, lo que en el RD 420/2015, se ha definido como: “Artículo 27 bis. Procedimiento general para la renovación de la acreditación de los títulos oficiales”. Pero este marco tiene visos reales de cambiar, como podemos leer en éste último RD en el «Artículo 27 ter. Procedimiento especial para la renovación de la acreditación de los títulos oficiales, simplemente porque el foco no está puesto en las\u{A0} titulaciones sino en los centros universitarios. La combinación entre los dos documentos nacidos entre los meses de mayo y junio, el ESG y el RD 420/2015, hacen que el futuro en la gestión de los centros universitarios cambie sustancialmente y nos sitúe en una posición acorde con la mejora integral de dichas organizaciones.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. ¿Qué nuevos retos os planteáis de cara al año que viene? ¿Qué temas y qué aspectos se van a trabajar?</strong></p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Tenemos un futuro próximo que va a estar muy condicionado por los resultados de las elecciones del 20 de diciembre y que va a llevar consigo la toma de muchas decisiones que van a afectar de lleno a las universidades con independencia del reto ya presentado en relación con los sistemas de gestión de los centros universitarios.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">No tenemos un futuro despejado donde podamos hacer una planificación y una definición de expectativas que puedan atraer a la comunidad universitaria, dado que la transitoriedad que estamos viviendo con la implantación de las titulaciones, se ha visto seriamente comprometida con la posibilidad real de ejecutar nuevamente un cambio profundo por imperativo legal en la duración, competencias, estilos y resultados de inserción laboral de las recién nacidas nuevas titulaciones. Pasar de grados de 4 años y másteres de 1, a grados de 3 años y másteres de 2 y no en todas las titulaciones porque hay otros agentes externos (colegios profesionales) que condicionan la estructura académica de las titulaciones hace que el trabajo añadido al que se somete a la universidad sea duro, complejo y nada reconfortante.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pero aun así y en el marco del Foro de Universidades vamos a ir ajustando nuestras expectativas e ilusiones a las realidades, comenzando por buscar un encuentro fluido con ANECA para revisar y actualizar el informe de integración EFQM-AUDIT, dar continuidad al grupo de trabajo sobre intercambio de buenas prácticas en el entorno universitario junto con la creación de un decálogo para poner en valor la excelencia en gestión de los centros universitarios y crear una cultura dentro de la comunidad universitaria.</p>\n
