<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>En el marco de nuestro Encuentro en la Cumbre, Xerox España ha firmado un Convenio Inserta con la Fundación Once con el fin de facilitar la incorporación de 50 personas con discapacidad en la empresa líder en tecnologías y servicios de documentación durante los próximos cinco años. <p style="text-align: justify;">Este acuerdo forma parte de las acciones que está desarrollando Fundación ONCE en el marco del Programa Por Talento para la formación y el empleo de las personas con discapacidad, con la cofinanciación del Fondo Social Europeo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para cubrir los nuevos puestos de trabajo que se vayan ofertando, Xerox cuenta con FSC Inserta, la entidad para la formación y el empleo de Fundación ONCE, que preseleccionará a los candidatos que se adecúen mejor al perfil requerido.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Asimismo, Xerox favorecerá la inserción laboral indirecta de las personas con discapacidad mediante la adquisición de bienes y la contratación de servicios a centros especiales de empleo.</p>\n
<p style="text-align: justify;">Con la firma de este acuerdo Xerox se integra en el Foro Inserta Responsable, un espacio de encuentro y debate creado por Fundación ONCE con el objetivo de potenciar el intercambio de experiencias en discapacidad y posicionar socialmente a las empresas pioneras y comprometidas con la RSE-D.</p>\n
