"value" => "<p style="text-align: center;"><img alt="" height="97" src="/system/files/cabecera_38.png" width="943"></p><h4 style="text-align: center;">Servicios móviles y datos abiertos para añadir valor a lo que hacemos</h4><p style="text-align: center;">04 de diciembre de 2013</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Con <strong>Internet móvil</strong>, las administraciones pueden ofrecer unos servicios auténticamente <strong>multicanales </strong>que ofrezcan valor a partir de la funcionalidad de la <strong>geolocalizació</strong>n y <strong>acceso ubicuo </strong>a contenido y cuando se interacciona con las capacidades inherentes de los terminales móviles. La Generalitat está interesada a promover la prestación de servicios públicos a la ciudadanía no solamente a partir de las aplicaciones que desarrolle ella misma, sino también por aquellas impulsadas desde la iniciativa privada pero que tengan valor público para la ciudadanía.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Por otro lado, la nueva la Directiva 2013/37/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo (versión consolidada), sobre reutilización de la información del sector público, pide a las administraciones que faciliten todos los documentos y datos públicos a la ciudadanía en un formato fácil de manipular, de forma que se puedan convertir en <strong>servicios públicos o privados con valor añadido</strong>. Se pueden reutilizar todo tipo de datos que proceden de diferentes organismos: geográficas, meteorológicas, estadísticas, económicas, administrativas, turísticas, culturales, de movilidad, jurídicas, judiciales, terminológicas, entre otros. Por eso, además de otros productos y servicios que se puedan desarrollar con los datos que abre, también será prioritario para la Administración favorecer la creación de aplicaciones móviles basadas en los datos que pone a disposición del conjunto de la sociedad.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Y todas estas estrategias de movilidad y de apertura de datos se pueden trasladar también al mundo de las empresas y las entidades.</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Los ponentes que nos acompañarán son:</p><ul><li style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Jordi Graells </strong>Coordinador de Continguts i Innovació de la DG d’Atenció Ciutadana i Difusió.
