<p>La Fundación Altran para la Innovación y el Club Excelencia en Gestión han presentado Be TalentSTEAM, una plataforma de colaboración abierta que pretende impulsar la transformación del modelo educativo, respondiendo a la nueva realidad, que ya cuenta con 23 <em>partners</em>. Be TalentSTEAM busca dar soluciones a muchos de los retos con los que se enfrentan todos aquellos que consideran la educación el eje vertebrador para una sociedad más comprometida, solidaria y equitativa, más innovadora y competitiva. A través de ella se busca también interrelacionar al colegio, la universidad y la empresa.</p>\r\n

<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/javier-senent-75899b82/" target="_blank">Javier Senent</a>, Presidente de Cruz Roja, ha abierto el acto de presentación queriendo involucrarse en este proyecto del que ha recalcado su marcado acento social.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/alberto-dur%C3%A1n-9073b246/" target="_blank">Alberto Durán</a>, Presidente del Club Excelencia en Gestión ha explicado que el Club tenía que apostar, de la mano de Altran, por la capacitación de nuestros chicos y chicas para enlazar la formación y las demandas del mercado laboral. Y había que hacerlo atentos a las necesidades del mercado, pero también ayudando a las personas con menos oportunidades. Para el Club, ha afirmado, es un honor haber hecho esta presentación en Cruz Roja por el “<strong>no somos solo empresas sino también organizaciones de ámbito social</strong>.” Finalmente ha llamado la atención sobre la necesidad de la formación digital porque “o cambiamos las cosas o los empleos demandados no podrán ser cubiertos”.</p>\r\n

<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/joseramonmagarzorubio/" target="_blank">José Ramón Magarzo</a>, Presidente de Altran, <strong>se refirió a la educación como un eje vertebrador de la sociedad y presentó el I Concurso de Ideas Socialmente Innovadoras en el que 8 colegios públicos y privados hermanados competirán en proyectos </strong>que les sacarán de su zona de confort con el reto de hacer una sociedad mejor y utilizando elementos de innovación importantes como tecnología o la robótica. Equipos con el reto común de hacer una sociedad mejor y para dar respuesta a los retos sociales vinculados a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible 2030. Este concurso pondrá de relieve la importancia de los trabajos en equipo, multidisciplinares, en entornos muy diferentes y con el reto social común de cómo hacer una sociedad mejor y más justa.</p>\r\n

<p>Con la colaboración de la red de <em>partners</em>, los profesores gestionarán hasta 12 <em>workshops</em> dinámicos, interactivos y muy operativas con las que gestionar nuevos modelos de colaboración entre estudiantes de colegios distintos, con retos sociales comunes y con la innovación y las nuevas tecnologías como herramientas claves. Así, se realizarán <strong>píldoras y dinámicas de trabajo alrededor del <em>Design Thinking</em>,</strong> la utilización de internet y las matemáticas en nuestro día a día, robótica, y youtuber.</p>\r\n

<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/asanchezruiz1/" target="_blank">Alicia Sánchez</a>, Directora de Comunicación y RRHH de Altran, ha moderado una mesa redonda en la que <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/juan-luis-yag%C3%BCe-65b74420/" target="_blank">Juan Luis Yagüe</a>, Director general de Eurocolegio Casvi, ha llamado la atención sobre que el ambiente social a menudo influye en la selección de carreras universitarias que no son realmente las más apropiadas para el futuro y ha apostado por la orientación a los alumnos desde cursos más tempranos que el bachiller haciendo hincapié , entre otras cosas, por la creatividad.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Nieves Segovia, Presidenta de la Institución Educativa SEK, considera que la educación necesita la presencia de más agentes sociales de diversos campos que se involucren en su gestión, Ha recalcado la buena noticia de que <strong>el 30% de los alumnos en España están en carreras <em>steam</em></strong>, un porcentaje más elevado que en Europa pero que registra índices bajos de presencia femenina, solo una de cada cuatro alumnos. Ha llamado la atención sobre que se habla de siete millones de empleos nuevos para 2025 con lo que la transformación es muy importante y ha apuntado que, en este escenario tan tecnológico, se está produciendo también un reforzamiento de disciplinas humanistas.</p>\r\n

<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/carabante-borja-9a5a38a2/" target="_blank">Borja Carabante</a>, Consejero Delegado de Metro Madrid, ha reiterado la <strong>necesidad que tienen las empresas de captar talento tecnológico </strong>para los retos que se les presentan y que se trabaja por aumentar el número de mujeres en la empresa. “Necesitamos perfiles polivalentes”.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/alarranz/" target="_blank">Alejandro Arranz</a>, Director General de Investigación e Innovación de la Comunidad de Madrid, ha afirmado que la tecnología hace falta para ponerse en marcha con soluciones de mucho impacto y que <strong>es un “derroche social” no aprovechar el talento femenino, la mitad del talento en el mercado de trabajo.</strong> Desde el sector público se trabaja en un Plan de fomento de vocaciones tecnológicas porque deben llegar “cuanto más temprano mejor” y para que se consiga avanzar en conocimientos tecnológicos como se ha avanzado en inglés en las jóvenes generaciones en los últimos años.</p>\r\n
