<p><strong>-Como socios REDEX de Referencia ¿Cuál es la mayor necesidad que tienen las instituciones educativas para ser excelentes hoy en día?</strong></p>\r\n

<p>La excelencia, en el contexto actual que vive la educación, tiene que ver con una actitud constante de poner al alumno en el centro de las decisiones, de tener el hábito de revisar continuamente los procesos que impactan en su aprendizaje y con el compromiso de innovar esos procesos de manera sistemática.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Decía Aristóteles que “la excelencia no es un acto sino un hábito”, y eso tiene más que ver con la cultura de centro y con cómo afrontar el futuro y los procesos de cambio. Al fin y al cabo, los resultados en educación están influenciados por factores externos que las instituciones no pueden controlan y son a largo plazo.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>- ¿Hay interés por la Formación de los docentes?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Uno de los aspectos que tienen en común los mejores sistemas educativos según el informe McKinsey es la formación continua del profesorado; por lo tanto, el desarrollo profesional docente es una de las claves para alcanzar o acercarse a la excelencia educativa. Esta excelencia no es otra cosa que conseguir que los alumnos desarrollen competencias y habilidades para el siglo XXI, que es el compromiso que han adquirido los centros con las familias que han elegido ese proyecto educativo concreto.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>-¿Cómo se implica a todos los colectivos de un centro en un proyecto de Excelencia o de Innovación que suponga un cambio?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Para cualquier proyecto que vaya a suponer un cambio en el status quo, lo primero es hacer entender a los implicados el “por qué” y el “para qué”. Es necesario contar bien la historia del propósito que se persigue y generar una conciencia y un compromiso colectivo de cambio.</p>\r\n

<p><strong>-¿En qué tipos de proyectos se detecta Innovación, una mentalidad innovadora, hoy en día en un centro escolar?</strong></p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Los Centros están cambiando de manera acelerada para adaptarse a la nueva realidad, por lo que podemos encontrar esta nueva mentalidad en cualquier proyecto educativo. Es necesario innovar a todos los niveles: a nivel de gestión y a nivel pedagógico. Los directivos y los docentes, en general, son conscientes de la necesidad de cambiar la forma en que están gestionando, enseñando y evaluando para que los alumnos sean los protagonistas de su propio aprendizaje y este aprendizaje sea significativo.</p>\r\n

<p>Se innova en los recursos educativos, obviamente la tecnología está cobrando un protagonismo esencial, los espacios que se usan para generar el aprendizaje y las metodologías. También se está innovando en áreas como el marketing o la gestión del talento.</p>\r\n

<p>En definitiva, estamos en un cambio de época a nivel social y educativo y esto hace que sea necesario innovar en el modelo gestión y pedagógico global del Centro.</p>\r\n
