<p>Eduardo Rodríguez aboga por que las organizaciones que quieran conseguir un nivel de Excelencia en la gestión estén siempre al tanto de las últimas tendencias empresariales y sociales. “Es imprescindible, dice, que la dirección de las organizaciones promueva y facilite la transición con un claro mensaje de adopción de las nuevas tecnologías, mostrando un fuerte compromiso y requiriendo el alineamiento de todos en esta importante apuesta”.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Según Eduardo Rodríguez, en lo referente la gestión de personas hay que considerar las implicaciones éticas y humanísticas de la revolución tecnológica y, por otra parte, considerar que los resultados, finalmente, serán una consecuencia de la correcta y puntual adopción de las capacidades que aporta la Industria 4.0 en el funcionamiento de una organización excelente, que en su proceso de transformación continua debe adecuar su estructura para obtener el máximo beneficio de las ventajas que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías y el entorno digital, dentro de un ambiente en el que prime la seguridad y en el que se garantice la adaptación de los equipos humanos y el cumplimiento de los principios éticos esenciales.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Analizar cantidades masivas de datos, construir sistemas que aprenden de sus errores, construir objetos del mundo físico en unos minutos, miniaturizar potentes procesadores son algunas de las innovaciones que han dado lugar a la industria 4.0 en la actualidad, según <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/sergio-rivero-5869628/" target="_blank"><strong>Sergio Rivero</strong></a><strong>, <span style="color:#0099CC">responsable de producto en BT España</span></strong>.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>Según este experto en tecnología, los retos planteados por este cambio tan profundo que conlleva la tecnología, son muy importantes. Entre ellos situar a la tecnología como un agente facilitador, la definición de nuevos perfiles o la confidencialidad de la información.</p>\r\n
\r\n
<p>“Afortunadamente, la propia tecnología nos ayuda a resolver los retos que su adopción nos genera, y en suma, cuando planificamos y gestionamos adecuadamente esta transformación, le damos sentido estratégico, manejamos eficazmente el talento necesario y nuestras alianzas con los partners tecnológicos, el resultado para las personas, la sociedad y el negocio es diferencial, esencialmente bueno y sostenido en el tiempo”, afirma en su artículo.</p>\r\n

<p>Invertir en I+D+i en este momento es primordial para un país según <span style="color:#0099CC"><strong>Pascual Dedios-Pleite</strong>, <strong>Presidente de SIEMENS Industry Software y Director de la Factoría Digital</strong></span> de esta compañía quien ha titulado su contriución al artículo como: “La Digitalización mejora la calidad de vida de las personas”.</p>\r\n

<p>Según Pascual Dedios-Pleite, la tecnología crea nuevos puestos de trabajo que nunca antes han existido; el Software no deja de ser un complemento a un Hardware cada vez más sofisticado, y, sin embargo la mejora en la producción no es posible sin trabajadores cualificados detrás.
